Kathy Hilton lashes out at McCain ad calling it a 'waste'

Kathy Hilton is the latest member of the Hilton clan to come out swinging against presidential hopeful John McCain. "I've been asked again and again for my response to the now infamous McCain celebrity ad. I actually have three responses," Hilton, 49, told the Huffington Post.
"It is a complete waste of the money John McCain's contributors have donated to his campaign," she said. "It is a complete waste of the country's time and attention at the very moment when millions of people are losing their homes and their jobs. And it is a completely frivolous way to choose the next President of the United States."...
Kathy and her husband, Rick, collectively donated $4,600 to McCain's campaign, according to the Federal Election Commission Web site.

Perhaps the McCain camp should have returned the Hilton's campaign contributions before using the image of their daughter

Mrs. Hilton has every right to lash out.
But that lashing should have been on her daugnters hind end when Paris was growing up.

What I find ironic is that I never really noticed there were pics of Britney and Paris in that ad until the news media threw a massive fit about it. haha

Amen to that!
I see nothing offensive to Paris or Brittany. Aren't they celebrities? Isn't that what they've always wanted to be? Is being called a celebrity now an insult?
Well, I guess when you're are running for president that isn't supposed to be the objective. But what's the big deal?

If I inherited all the money she has I could also be called a "smart business woman". When you have that much money you can afford to pay people to put ideas in your empty head.
As my DH says, she's too skinny, gangly, and has a funny shaped nose. Is that the definition of "hot"?
