So what do you think of this show? I must admit I am addicted, even though I am old enough to be the mom, older than some moms even. I find it gripping. It really makes me think of how I would deal with the situation if it happened to someone I knew. Would I show them love and point them to Jesus or judge them? I have a son in Jr High and I work with kids, mostly at an elementary school, but occasionally at the high school level. I'd like to think I could make a difference. I wish they would portray the "Christians" as being a little more realistic. Grace is portrayed as more niave than any Christian girls I know of, her parents gossip, and hold grudges. I wonder if the writers know any real Christians or just have vague impressions of what Christians are like. I also find it thought provoking that everyone is so ready to call Amy bad because she is pregnant. Even people who do the same thing, but just did not get caught. Are we and our teens that hypocitical?

I've watched it from the beginning. It started off being something that my 15 yo dd wanted to watch. She quit watching after the second or third episode or so. Sis and I are still watching and we watched the finale tonight. I realize that they are trying to let everyone know what Adrian is like, but I do wish they would cover her up more. I don't like Grace going after Ricky at all.
