Now that all has played out, knowing what we now know and considering that the democratic party had the winning advantage...would you have preferred Hilary in the pres-elect office? Could McCain have had a better chance againt her? I have to admit at the time I did not want her to win nomination. Now I woner if I was wrong.

Over Obama? Yes. Over McCain, no. I hear she may be the next Secretary of State. Crafty move on Obama's part. It gets her out of town a lot, and Bill will likely go with her on some trips. I don't think Obama will want her to have high visibility in DC.

I've always said that if I had to choose between Obama and Hilary I would take Hilary any day of the week. While I'm not a fan of her and always figured she was the brains behind the Clinton adminstration she is better then Obama. At least you knew what you were getting and there wouldn't be the blind worship of her. I'm not sure McCain could have beat either one not in this enviroment. But I awlays figured he had a better chance against Obama then he did Hilary. I still think that Hillary would have one by a greater margine then Obama did.

As much as I didn't want Hillary to win the nomination (since she viewed it more as a "coronation"), I do think she would have been easier to beat than Obama....

Over Obama? Indeed! But then, I'd have chosen just about anyone ahead of Obama, including anyone currently working at Wal-Mart.

Yes, she would have been easier to beat. That was my opinion since the primaries. Here's what I said back then: Link quote:
Hillary doesn't scare me. I honestly don't think she has a chance. People are tired of these politicians who have been around for so long and are involved in scandals. If I thought she had a chance, I'd be scared, but I don't think she does. She's every bit as evil as Obama. I also don't think Kerry or Edwards or any of the other former losing Democrats are going to win for the same reasons. They are old news. I think the same thing is true on the Republican side. I wish some of them would go away too and stop trying to run. People want someone fresh who's name hasn't been sullied by scandals. That's why I think Obama has a chance. He's new, he's fresh, he's good looking, he talks about uniting the country and how the other side isn't our enemy. Everyone likes that. I think it's scary.

I agree anyone at this point would probably be better. At least they would probably be willing to admit they don't know everything and would ask for help.

Well, we know the Clinton's would have come from a more centrist position, and because of that would have really beat the pants off McCain.

We coronate kings, but what do you do with a god? I wouldn't prefer either Hillary or Obama. I'm one of those that knows where I stand. I will never ever vote for a "liberal." Even if he/she happened to be a republican. McCain isn't a conservative, but he's not exactly a liberal either.

I'd prefer hillary over obama. While she is not a Christian she is at least not a moslem. His religion commands him to subjegate or convert us. Her drive is just to rule us. She doesn't care who we worship as long as she has the power. Much easier to fight against. While she is very much anti-Christ she is more pro-hillary. He is much more anti-Christ than pro-obama. In other words, he's much more evil than either clinton. If she destroys teh USA then her power goes away, she wouldn't count that as a good thing. If obama destroys the USA he counts it as success.

would you have preferred Hilary in the pres-elect office? Yes. While she is similar to Obama on many issues and there is no way I ever would have voted for her, she does have a senate record of occasionally working across party lines, she would have been on Israels side, she has a real record that we actually know, and she has real experience.

I don't think Obama will want her to have high visibility in DC. I doubt if Hillary fits in anywhere in an Obama cabinet. If the idea is to make sure she has as low a visibility as possible, I would imagine that if Obama was really considering her for a cabinet position, Secretary of State would not be a smart move. I doubt it can, in anyway be considered a low visibilty position. No, if he wants to keep her out of the limelight as much as possible, he would not wish to consider her for any cabinet position.
