I just ordered my natural/organic turkey today. I ordered one that was between 15 and 18 pounds. I've been downsizing lately. One year I did one over 30 pounds! (Organic!) Don't have a pan that big anymore or the ambition.

We usually have sushi, tacos or pho on Thanksgiving. This year, I may make a pot roast in the crock pot.

Probably anywhere from 20-24 pounder. We're having a nice sized crowd.

I have no idea. FG's sister is making the dinner this year.

Not that I'm nervous or anything.

We prepare one around 18 lbs. and include an additional turkey breast so we have plenty leftover for sammiches!

And now for something completely different...a turkey with three breasts.

The kids are getting free turkeys from their work. They are doing the Thanksgiving dinner this year. Hubby and I get a free meal with no hazzle this year.
