Half Time with "The Boss"

If watching a championship football game couldn't get any better! Prices for February's Super Bowl Tickets just got a few hundred dollars more pricier!

Not a bad pick.

I really enjoyed when Prince played, too.

Bruce Springsteen is one of the best performers I've ever seen. I may not rank his music as the tops in my list but I definitely will rate his concert experiences as #1!!!

I like his music, but can't stand politics. Let's just hope he doesn't politicize this event.

Prince was probably my favorite, and it was an unexpected surprise because I did not think I would enjoy him that much. I really enjoy the more simple approach to these half time shows rather than the huge productions of the past. Perhaps we can thank Janet Jackson and her wardrobe malfunction because it was the following year that Sir Paul McCartney performed. We've also had Prince as stated above, Tom Petty and others that I can't recall, but I do know that it has been better than it once was. IMHO anyway.

Being a huge U2 fan, I have to say that in my unbiased opinion I liked U2 the best out of all that have played so far. I think my least favorite SB performance was Gwen Stefani and No Doubt. Of course she's trying to be a Madonna clone with her look now.

For me, having Bruce as the half-time artist is the best reason for me to use that time as a bathroom break or maybe escape to another room w/o a tv or possibly change the oil in my car...
